Some of the more interesting answers from the official source: 12. Can you ever stack temporary hit points? No. If you receive temporary hit points from more than one source, just use the higher number, not the sum. 14. I am using a magical thrown weapon as part of an area of effect power. If I am attacking multiple enemies within that area, do I need multiple weapons, or will one suffice? One is enough in this case. Magical thrown weapons return to you after each attack, so you’ll be able to use it against each enemy as part of using your power. 16. What are the benefits of being hidden? There are several benefits of being hidden from an enemy - you have combat advantage against them and they will have a more difficult time targeting you because you are unseen. Page 281 of the Player's Handbook explains the rules for targeting unseen creatures. 20. I wield a longsword. When I change from one hand to two (or vice versa), what type of action is that? Changing the number of hands you are using to hold a weapon can be done as a free action. For the whole list

Hmmmm how about the Battlerager Vigor class feature for Fighters in the Martial Power Book... It says: Battlerager Vigor Each time an enemy hits you with a melee or a close attack, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Constitution modifier (after the attack is resolved). When you gain temporary hit points by hitting with an attack that has the invigorating keyword, those temporary hit points stack with any other temporary hit points you already have. So that's 2 source of hitpoints that stack? First is when enemies hit the fighter, and next is when the fighter uses an Invigorating keyword attack...

haha already gotten the softcopy ;D I've got at-will print power. probably saving my money. Still not supporting WOtC in their monopolizing ways Anyway another query on temp hp Correct me if I'm wrong. I've got 30hp, con mod 6. Enemy hits me for 6dmg, I have 24hp left but i gain 6 temp hp. Enemy hits me for 4hp(in the same round), I got 24hp left with 2 temp hp, and I get another 6 temp hp. Firstly, do I get another 6 temp hp? Secondly, do I get 8 temp hp in total, or 6 temp hp? From what I understand, it should be 6 temp hp, since they do not stack....use the higher number

I give up, I read thru the forum and they are always digressing away from the damn topic. Stewpig ang mohs. Best ruling will come from the DM himself in our game, since that's most clear cut. Anyway from what I understand this is how it goes. Battlerager Vigor gives me temp hp everytime I get hit = to my con mod (after attack is resolved). However this doesn't stack cos of the ruling that you cant stack temp hps So basically I get a renewed source of temp HP each time i get hit. I also get stackable temp hp everytime i use invigorating attack in a round. example: I have 30hp and con mod 3. Monsters A, B, and C are attacking me. First round A hits me for 5dmg. I have 25hp, 3 temp hp. B hits me for 2dmg. I have 25hp, 3 temp hp (1 temp hp left, but battle rager vigor renews it to 3 temp hp). C hits me for 6dmg. I have 22hp, 3 temp hp(6dmg - 3 temp hp and -3 real hp, but battle rager vigor renews it to 3 temp hp) I hit A using invigorating, I have 22hp, 6 temp hp. Second round I hit A using invigorating. I have 22hp, 9 temp hp. and so on and so forth. basically, that sounds like I have DR 3. DM, accept this ruling?

You can't stack HPs unless the rules specify otherwise. Based on what you have said, it seems correct. But we shall clarify all doubts on the next session.
