And here, gentlemen, is what may be considered the most mindfucking spell we've seen so far. For those of you who know not of what I speak, well... go watch Black Swan.........
Mirror Sphere
Wizard Attack 13
Illusorry barriers surround your foes, causing it phantom pain when it attacks you and your allies.
Encounter•Arcane, Illusion, Implement, Psychic
Standard Action
Ranged 10 Target: 1 creature Attack: Int vs. Will
Hit: 1d10+Int modifier psychic damage. The 1st time the target makes an attack roll before the end of its next turn, it takes damage and is subject to all other effects of that attack as if it had hit itself. Any resistances and immunities of the target do not affect the damage it deals to itself in this way. It still attacks the original target normally.

Black Swan is like the epic version of your Mirror Sphere.
Hit: Int modifier psychic damage. Dazed (no save), stunned(no save), helpless(save ends)
At the end of target's turn, it takes damage and is subject to all other effects of that attack as if it had hit itself. Any resistances and immunities of the target do not affect the damage it deals to itself in this way. This last until end of encounter, or until someone feeds the target with food and drink.
