During the last session - there was treasure in one of the encounters where the PCs did not make a search. And since the auto status of 'treasure search' after combat, there is a treasure haul of
1. Potion of Vitality
2. Fire Opals x2 (1000 gp each)
This is after the combat with the skeletons and the oni that tried to escape.
XP earned
Mobius and CC each earn 6,450 XP. I believe this would enable both to level up to 12.
The rest of the new PCs come in at Level 12 with the standard magic item array of levels 11, 12 and 13. And the standard rule for starting gold.

do you allow purchase of poisons?
Bear in mind I am a drow rogue. I should be entitled to my... sources right?

if the poison item is from an official source like AV, etc - yes.

Anyway, I bet you are looking at getting the Drow Poison? It's a very powerful poison... I can only allow you to buy a maximum of 10 lots. This is for initial character creation. Subsequent purchases would have to depend on situation and location as it is a product of the Drow. Even though if you are a Drow and have your own connections.
But it is assumed that you have decided to take the path of Drizzt and be a good guy walking under the sun... so that somehow diminishes abit of your connections with the Underdark. Of course - not entirely, that's why it is a case-by-case basis for subsequent purchases.

my story haven't fleshed out yet. haha. in FR drizzt is the only accepted celebrated drow. All other drow following in his footsteps are still discriminated. In fact, Kai is gonna be similar to.. Fie. muahaha. Not only the drow poison, the other poisons too. I am ok with 10 lots of drow poison. But how about the rest of them? Oh, and lastly, in 3rd Ed there is a penalty for applying poison (if i remember correctly 15%) that you may apply wrongly and get in contact whilst applying it. Is there such a rule in 4e? If no, then good  |

Your Drizzt wannabe PC can only get 2 lots each of the following poisons:
1. Stormclaw Scorpion Venom
2. Deathjump Spider Venom
3. Carrion Crawler Brain Juice
4. Grouns Thassil Root
And the same rules apply, purchases of these poisons in future are on a case-by-case basis.
