Pls read up the amendments I made in the House Rules/Announcements under the Dungeon Master Speaks.
No more customized powers; and pls also check to see the material sources I am banning from the campaign. I have to make this changes to ensure balance and to ensure that flavour of the campaign is maintained.
Your kind understanding is appreciated. And remember, FR background element is strongly encouraged~ coz' it would help alot to draft the history of your PC.
Gond, Tas'sadar and Mobius are more or less rooted in terms of history. They just need to expand abit.
Seng Choon and Alvin may need to draft more details. This would help prepare how the adventure might unfold in time to come.
Your PC stats should be updated. But most importantly - would be the history of your PC and how he/she came to the present day.
I need to know the number of fixed players who can commit to the FR campaign [aka DMC]. At present, I have Eugene, Marcus, and Edmund.
I believe Seng Choon and Alvin are still on?
If so, that makes it up to 5 PCs. I still have a slot for a +1. So, if there is any other interested player, he/she can opt for it.
Eugene, Marcus and Edmund will be resuming the roles of Gond, Tas'sadar and Mobius respectively.
Seng Choon - will you still be playing the avenger? It is perfectly alright if you intend to create a new PC altogether.
Alvin - will you still be playing Viona or draft a new hero?
In the event that a new hero is drafted, please draft a Level 11 PC based on RPGA standards in terms of magic items. And PCs will start off with 1000gold pieces.
Once your hero is created, please upload the details on the board.
For PCs who have created your own powers, please remember to replace them with official powers, because I've thought long and hard; there are too many books that provide new powers and interesting ones too. And at the same time, errata is always constantly being uploaded too. So, I do not want campaign gameplay rules to be affected by 'gamehouse' power rules. Please help spread the message~
During gameplay, these are the rules that will take place.
1. During combat, if your PC takes too long to decide on actions, I will delay your PC and the next PC or monster gets to act first
2. Disputes on game rules will be rectified during breaks or after game sessions, during gameplay, the DM [me... muahahahaha~!] will make the ultimate final judgement.
3. XP component will now include the RP element. Of course, monsters and etc will contribute as per official rules. But PCs who conduct more RP / or more effort into the development in their character, will gain more XP. Which means, it's not necessary that PCs will rise up at the same rate anymore. Although technically, you should be. So, if you find your PC falling short behind the rest... you know why...
4. I will want minimum 4 players for each gaming session, so in the event if you can't make it for one session, do not worry, your PC will still earn the same XP award as though he was at scene. But treasure depends on the rest of the party.
So, start revamping your PCs now~!
