Very bad.
Magic Missile is not autohit with very little damage. no more d4s. And they say they want it to be more classical.
Wizard's Escape is now daily.

Warlord's Lead the Attack is now until end of next turn, not end of encounter

aiyah... we must accept the changes. At the end of the day, errata are consolidated opinions... the DM is the ultimate rulemaker... he decides if he wants to implement the errata.
