Remember to draft up your PCs at 11th level - Paragon tier.
I will be working on the paragon adventures and some time soon, we will commence the DMC adventures. It's time to relive your PCs who have been dormant for some time!
A short recap... DMC is in cahoots with a vampiress...

I will factor in XP based on role-playing elements. Therefore, it would do you good to draft up a current analysis of your PC and update it on the boards under the same category where your PCs are located. Although, it is not compulsory.
I will execute the auto-delay for PCs who take their time to decide on their actions. I've been delaying this regulation too many a times.
Any rules and declarations will be sorted out after the gaming session. During the game session, the DM (which is me) will be the ultimate judge. This is to prevent disruption of RP game flow.
Anyone caught and deemed to be interrupting gameplay - especially RP moments, will lose 500 XP at the end of the session, without his / her knowledge [evil laughter... MUAHAHAHAHA]. Recalcitrant offenders will have their fines doubled, tripled, etc... without their knowledge.
