Tukar Lankah is the classic cousin of a tragic-romance hero.
Tu-Lan was brought up in the wilds – in a different part of the Forest of Glimmerhope from L; where ancient fey roam the lands, protecting it from vile intruders. In Glimmerhope, peace prevails and the fey connect with the land. The spirits, land and feykind are all one.
As his cousin, L, grew older, Tu-Lan knew he fell in love with Akashiya; a beautiful wild blue-thing. One that would set L hiding in a bush each time she bathes at the waterfall.
Tragedy struck when one day, an army of soldiers appeared at Glimmerhope. With magical weapons never seen before and an insignia bearing the '46th Regiment', the evil forces of NARVA managed to wipe out Nature from Glimmerhope.
There was no glimmer of hope for Glimmerhope.
In the madness and chaos, Tu-Lan tried to looking for L to warn him.
When he found his cousin in all that maddening chaos, Tu-Lan found L bursting into tears like a girl.
Dazed and confused, Tu-Lan suddenly saw L seeing a sparkling wolf some distance amidst the trees that were already flaming with fire. As L stood up with a limp Akashiya in his hands. He sped forward to warn his kin...
However, he was stopped in his tracks by a turkey-ostrich.
It was a very beautiful turkey-ostrich that stood majestically in the middle of a clearing. It was FAT, PLUMP, and seemed like a luxurious dinner.
Tu-Lan could feel a special bond was being formed - and he went chasing the turkey-ostrich...
(and for many weeks ahead he had never been able to figure out why this fowl was able to run so quickly)
It was nightfall as the skies were glittering, and the howl of a wolf could be heard. The trees were standing tall and proud, and the Tu-Lan stood by the lake, spat out a bone and wiped a consoled mouth with a leaf. A bright light shone down from the heavens, and he saw..
The very same sparkling wolf.
Just then, noises of fighting echoed across the lake.
It was within a few minutes that Tu-Lan managed to reach L - and found that L and the canine fended themselves from small goblins.
After assisting to give L's voyeur victim a proper burial, Tu-Lan went to gather food before meeting up with L again. He knew his destiny.
Together with his cousin and his cousin's newfound ally, the sparking dog, he shall hunt down the Chaos Legion of Gond with his cousin, and avenge his homeland against the evil, technological army of NARVA.
