Quote Eugene: "NTAO"
and it doesn't have to be at the end of year.

Alright... looks like everyone seems to be interested~ I propose the date on 20th of February. A Saturday. Meanwhile I will go check for slots. We will have a solid gaming session.
We open it only to D&D gamers. However, of course if core DMC have partners to bring, they are more than welcome.
But primarily, we aim to encourage more D&D gaming and interaction. But, if response is low, I believe DMC are able to 'zi hai' and have a jolly good time anyway.
The idea is for Dungeon Delve to run, and a short epic adventure with pre-generated classes to go along with. So, we can actually run two adventures concurrently.
Eugene will be responsible for Dungeon Delve. I will prepare for the modular adventure. I am going to prepare something from Paragon to Epic level...
As for accommodation wise, we wil have enough space. There are 4 rooms with attached showers. A huge hall, a dining area, and a laundry area + kitchen with fridge and stove. And we have a BBQ pit.
I suggest for this, we shall have a BBQ session along with Sapporo beer.

yea under my name and my dad along with 2 other relatives. Meant to be a vacation 'house' or 'retirement' house. Frankly. it's nothing more than a KTV outlet. lol... Due to us being singaporean, a lot of paperwork so the normal time in collection a house compared to their locals is lengthened by a year. originally I can get the key in January 2010... But it's now delayed till further notice cos we paid a bit slow Hopefully collection plus renovation can be done by and completed by June. So it's a matter of when are we having this chalet? (if i dun use the place, it'll be like paying a monthly chalet for a lost ) Or a tri monthly retreat haha Friday go, Sunday return

cool! A getaway. Ready & furnished in march? In tat case we got plenty of time to prepare and use the budget on the rental of a chalet for other stuff. Best of all we have 50% off everything we buy (sing dollar to ringgit) ok wats our total budget? let's say 40 per pax? That means S$200 ~ RM500+. Food drinks transportation etc. zooming out of the topic to have a bigger picture, now what we need to do is: 1) decide to have to locally first or overseas 2) confirm budget 3) what's the focus? For like minded D&D players or a social gathering? 4) with focus in mind, what's the limit of the people going?
Let's go people, NTAO!

there's a supermarket near there too along with a food place. somewhat walking distance but i discourage it... (near but it's like 15 min away) (car 1 min)
also erm, neighbourhood friendly shops in tat place too.
I don't know if my relative have any plans for the place yet so when it's furnished i'll find out.

The focus of the gathering would be for D&D and social gathering, it comes in a package. Well, for the chalet, please remember that facilities are already in place along with BBQ pits and tables huge enough for gaming.
I intend to have it some time in March?
If done locally, I believe per head would be about $40 - $50 depending on what's the rental charges and food choices. We can discuss in detail the next gaming session.
