When I heard the King of Pop had died this morning, it came as a quite abit of a shock. And watching the news on CNA also seemed to add to the shock and unreality of it.
As the Class 95FM DJs put it, we ought to recognise a musician for his talents; not for the personal aspects of his life. Although I was never a big fan of MJ, but his music did influence me when I was younger. And he was the only dancer I could enjoy watching despite the fact that I was never an ardent fan of the dancing arts.
'Man in the mirror' is one of the songs that had a personal impact on me. About changing the world starting from oneself. It was never an easy task to carry out, but it always served as a morale booster. And now, listening to the song again, it makes an even bigger impact.
Let's not make fun of what he did, but instead, learn to respect the late musician's musical contributions.
With this note, I pay tribute to one of the legendary musicians that ever lived.
Michael Jackson [1958 - 2009]

Just found out in the noon after nite shift and I SMSed all you guys.
Tried doing the Moon Walk since 1986 and never could do it. Not gonna say much, only that no one's perfect. So that doesn't mean we should ignore the statements he was trying to make with his music.
I never stopped listening to his songs.
RIP, Micheal.
