All this while, I've been under the impression that a wizard could only make use of one kind of implement due to choosing only one kind of Arcane Implement Mastery as a class feature.
However, reading up on the Warlock, I realized that he could pretty much use all the implements listed out for him. No reason then why a mage can't do the same, right?
Re-reading up on my wizard, I got to the conclusion that a chosen Arcane Implement Mastery allows a mage to get better at one type of implement and he can still make use of any type of implement available to his class.
DM, comment pls.

Both Warlocks and Wizards can cast their spells [powers] without any implements in the first place.
Both Warlocks and Wizards can make use of any implement bonuses to attack rolls and dmg rolls in their powers irregardless of which implement they use, as long as the powers indicate the keyword - Implement.
The Arcane Mastery Implement is a class feature that allows the Wizard to have a special effect if he specializes in one.
So, in regards to Edmund's question... you are right. Mobius can make use of any [official and legal] implement to cast his spells and make use of the implement bonus.

Coming from you, [official and legal] stinks of censorship. And thanks for making such a big deal about Mobius's Member. ;D
